Publishing activity and web

The Institute promotes and sees to the realization of an extensive series of publishing products even in a cooperative effort with various bodies, institutions and organizations at a national and international level.

The publishing production entails:
- the publishing and graphic design of monographs, periodicals, informative and communication materials
- their realization on a variety of printed or electronic media
- their dissemination throughout the national territory
- the design and realization of publishing products on the occasion of events, seminars and days of study: programs, handbills, papers, proceedings and other material connected with the initiative.

The Institute's publishing production and offering on the web includes the design and the management of various sites in a cooperative effort with bodies and institutions, including the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies with respect to the activities of the National Center of Documentation and Analysis on Childhood and Adolescence and the Ministry of the Environment and the Protection of the Territory with respect to the Project of a Sustainable City for Boys and Girls.

The Institute has coped with the object of strengthening its on-line presence and with the growing relevance of the web channel within institutional communications by undertaking to comply with international and national guidelines for the organization, accessibility and usability of the web sites".
In view of the above, a web publishing group was established within the Institute with a view to providing the technological support required for the realization of on-line services, and verifying and promoting the compliance with the highest qualitative standards with respect to the institutional communication through the web.
