The report, which describes the content of the training course for social workers and community educators of the Municipality of Naples, is the outcome of the consolidated collaboration between the Istituto degli Innocenti and the Municipality of Naples.
The aim of the training course was to reflect on the significance of the entire community for a child living in a care centre and especially on the important encounter and relationship with the educator.
